Challenge:
A franchised retail hobby store with 150 locations spread across the nation. Of the 150 stores, 5 are located across Virginia. The regional owner of these stores wanted to explore other marketing options to increase in-store traffic and brand awareness.

Solution:
Initiate-it built HobbyTown’s first ever digital campaign that focused on specific product categories, created a lead database, used a hyper-targeted approach, and utilized coupon creative to drive traffic in the franchised stores – not a corporate website.
